Valet Dispatcher - Wyndham Skyline Tower Resort
**Valet Dispatcher - Full-Time**

**Job Summary**

- Ensures timely delivery of services for Resort Guests as requested in the order that they are received.

- Organizes and dispatches Bell/Valet Calls/Orders

- Keeps Bell/Valet Desk, equipment and supplies neat and in order

- Assists Bell/Valet Supervisor in organizing daily valet billing reports

- Operates in accordance and adherence of policies and procedures

- Adheres to work schedules/available for flexible scheduling

- Greets guests and assists them with luggage from car to lobby. Supply guests with self-service cart if requested

- Assists in parking/retrieving guest vehicles as necessary

- Call for taxi service and facilitate matching guests with cabs as needed

- Communicate with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engingeering and other departments as needed via telephone or two-way radio. Assist other departments as needed

- Keep designated areas free from trash and other debris.

**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**

**a) Education**

o High School diploma or equivalent

o Must have a valid driver's license in the state you are applying with a proven clean driving record

o Driving experience in all types of passenger vehicles including manual shift.

**b) Training requirements**

o N/A

**c) Knowledge and skills**

o Excellent communication skills.

o Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks

o Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos

o Ability to give high priority to customer service

o Ability to solve problems with a minimum of guidance

o Ability to read, write and understand English

o Must maintain a professional appearance and a Can-Do, positive attitude towards all guests and staff

o Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

o Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed

**d) Technical Skills**

o Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another while operating a switchboard or computer keyboard

**e) Job experience**

o 1 year of valet experience preferred; Customer Service experience

Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
