Insurance Operations Program Analyst
**Position Summary:** Oversee an accurate system, maintain integrity of data, & act as point of contact for all system concerns.
**Essential Functions: **
* Configure Data Maintenance Utility to support functionality
* Enter customer/account information in a timely & efficient manner
* Administer programming of products, statutory tax rates, & fees
* Act as software vendor liaison in order to resolve system issues
* Create, modify, and run production reports
* Produce ad-hoc SQL reports upon request
* Compile, verify, & analyze data in order to assist management decision making
* Perform system testing & assist in troubleshooting
* Audit data entry processes in an effort to streamline efforts among entities
* Coordinate meetings in order to gain better understanding of procedures
* Explore options to improve the functionality of software
**Other Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Continuous education in industry-related courses
* Receive weekly system & Sql training
* Communicate/Interact with multiple departments on a daily basis
* Complete any special projects as requested
**Minimum Job Requirements:**
**Education: **minimum 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
**Experience: ** Previous Aim Management System experience or college degree
**Specific Skills: ** Efficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook and MS Access, basic knowledge in Sql is a plus, effective oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, natural curiosity, organization, and attention to detail
